I would just like to share how amazing it has been to continuously book through Jen for Disney’s vacations.Jen is my cousin so maybe I’m a little partial but that’s OK who isn’t for great family members with so much knowledge. we were able to stay at wilderness lodge this time, before previous we’ve stayed at art of animation and a few others But this by far was the best choice for our family this time even with hurricane Ian fastly approaching the shores I was able to text Jen and just have her calm me of what we do what the ins and outs of everything. I had purchased the insurance as a precautionary just because everything with Covid not so much a hurricane lol however we made light of the situation we were shut down for a few days one was our down day anyways so it wasn’t really that big of a bother but let me tell you how much the resort helped with free crafts , dance parties, movies, character visits, free arcade, half-price meals… fun for everyone. everybody was so kind and friendly Not only was Jen right there but so was guest services book your next vacation with Jen she’s got this and she’s five stars we love you can’t wait to start planning our next one.

Just wanted to let everyone know how amazing it was to work with Jen. I came to her with a bit of a challenge, book me a Christmas Disney trip with less than 30 days notice! Jen literally spent an entire Saturday going back and forth with me looking for openings to pop up for reservations for parks, resorts, and dining. She answered all my questions almost immediately, early morning or late at night. She checked in before our trip and even let me know our return flight home was delayed before I even knew. If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing so your experience is less stressful and your vacation practically seamless, I highly recommend Jen!

We just returned back from WDW and had a fabulous trip. Jen was phenomenal she answered every question very quickly regardless what time of the day I asked. She gave me plenty of options when deciding on a resort and made sure I was well informed with information regarding Genie+. We will totally be using her again for our future trips!!

Just came back from my first family vacation!! Jen was amazing to work with! I have never been to WDW so I had many questions and Jen was always available with answers to all my questions. She help get everything set up for WDW and we even planned a day for Universal and she took care of that for me as well. She put me at such an ease with traveling and our itinerary for the week. Jen is amazing! She is very knowledgeable, patient, and gets back to you right away. This is is the first time we have used any kind of travel agent because I like to plan a lot of it myself based on the needs of my family and Jen gave us the freedom to do that while also giving us tips and advice. We leave in 25 days for our Disney vacation. This is the first time we have used Jen or any other agent for our Disney trips. Jen is on the top of her game and keeps you well informed of where you are in the process. We even through her a curveball by moving the trip up a month from when we originally booked it. She was unfazed and made it look easy. She also was patient with us with many quotes given, additions made, etc. I am looking forward to our trip and I am sure it will be a great time.
